Keys and Doors-
You are provide with 3 Keys:
1.The round key opens the 2 glass doors to enter the building
2. The Flat key opens the Side Door #4 to the Apartment. The is the ONLY door you will using.
3. The remaining key is your room key
Very Important-
You must only use the Side door to enter and leave the apartment.
Upon entering and leaving the apartment, you must ALWAYS
lock the door behind you! Never leave the side door unlocked.
There is a $20 fee to replace any keys lost. In the event that you have lost your keys, you must call WhatsAp-Richard Anton Diaz (212) 581-2640 in order to be let into the apartment.
Bathrooms:
Our two bathrooms have Red doors.
– The Middle Bathroom has a drawer where you can store your toiletries and makeup. The shower in that bathroom is Out of Order. We also have a washing machine that you can use but the Dryer is also is Out of Order.
To dry your clothes we have a foldable drying rack available in that bathroom. You will also find additional towels as well as bedding should ypu desire to refresh the ones already provided for you.
– The End of the Hall Bathroom has both shower and bathtub and does
not require a shower curtain. Hair may be washed in this bathroom but
please REMOVE the place the current round chrome drain cap and replace it with the White plastic hair catcher to prevent hair from entering he drain. You can also wash your hair by hand using the small bins located under the sink of the middle bathroom.Spaces have also been made available to you in the empty shelve spaces. Tha is also where the light for bathroom is
The Kitchen-
The kitchen is supplied with a stove, an air-fryer toaster in glass, a microwave, and a the black air-fryer oven next to the microwave. We have also provided a coffee machine should you desire to brew your coffee.
Never leave the kitchen with the stove burners on or air-fryers in use.
Refrigerator-
Space has been made available to store food that you have
purchased.
Cupboards for dry food storage
Space has been made available to store food that you have
purchased.
Dishes, Bowls, & Cups
Silverware and Utensils are in the drawers nearest the refrigerator.
*NOTE:All Dishware with the white cabinet is not to be used.
Kitchen Cleaning
Wash all dishes, cups, glasses, and silverware after use.
Dish detergent is located within a round cup container (to clean silverware)
and a rectangular plastic container got clean dishes, cups, glasses.
Rinsing is now easier.
Once cleaned they be placed inside the dishwasher locked below that is
now being used as a drying container. Always check there first to when
looking for fresh dishes, cups, glasses.
Garbage Bins and compost container
Garbage Bins are located in the white box with lid container under the kitchen window. Cardboards, plastics, and glass go in the CLEAR
bag, and all other garbage (except for food) in the black back. All foods go into the compost container located under the sink area hanging off the door.
Refrigerator / Freezer
Space has been made available to store food that you may have
purchased.
Stove/Air-Fryer/Micro-Wave Oven
You are most welcome to cook or prepare your foods anytime Do not use the oven below the
stove. Instead use the Air-fryer located to the left of the oven or the micro-
wave oven. I will show you how to use it if requested.
Restaurants
You are literally surrounded endless restaurants from fast food to elegant
gourmet and in between. Fast foods are all directly in front of our building
on 8th Avenue. My recommendations for restaurants and best prices is 9th avenue (turn right as bio exit the building and walk one block and then go left. These restaurants are less expensive and in my opinion better quality.
You will also be dining in the historic Hell’s Kitchen area.
Grocery Stores
You are exactly one block away from 2 grocery stores located at 54th street and 8th Avenue. Westerly Heath Foods has mostly organic. You will also see a Gristedee’s Market at next same corner which is your average supermarket.
My first choice is Whole Foods located in the lower floor of the Columbus Circle mall just 3 blocks away at the Columbus Circle rotary (also the entrance area to Central Park) You will see a pass by a large CVS pharmacy store on 57th Street and 8th Avenue.
